Request that John Higgins be removed from refereeing!

It's been proven on more that one occasion that referee John Higgins cannot call a Kentucky game unbiased. We request that the NCAA review not only the Kentucky vs North Carolina game but the other games that he has officiated as well. We ask that the NCAA take appropriate action to ensure that every game is called fairly regardless of teams playing.
