Watch and share https://youtu.be/dl36dMopL0I -------- If you were a cool kid in the 90s, you were probably a reader Goosebumps by R.L. Stine. You probably liked collecting them. They said never judge a book by its cover but we totally did. Most Goosebumps books had amazing covers. The artist (Tim Jacobus) is incredibly talented and had a unique style that hasn’t been matched by anyone to this day.

Scholastic rereleased some of the books, but they use new covers that look completely different, and in my opinion, way inferior to the original covers!

If you want to buy the complete Goosebumps set with the original covers, it’ll set you back about $400. Now, a lot of us are older and we may have that kind of money now, but do we want old musty books that haven’t been taken care of and have another child’s name inscribed on the inside of the cover?! No!

We want a Goosebumps boxset released with every book and its original cover! Nothing changed! What worked for our generation will work for others too, Scholastic! Just don’t change anything. The cover and story are one. They are married. Don’t break them up!

In addition to releasing the original physical books, all Goosebumps eBooks on stores like the iBooks Store, Amazon Kindle, and Barnes and Noble’s Nook, should also have the original covers! All other versions should be retired. They are ruining the Goosebumps brand and legacy. Watch the Goosebumps covers comparison video here: https://youtu.be/dl36dMopL0I
