Make Pitbulls Legal in Ottumwa,Iowa

 Before anyone comes at me with "but a pitbull killed a child." Yes I know. The girl was left alone with the dog and scared the dog by screaming at it. No dog should be trusted alone with a child period. No dog is perfect. No dog is expected. Any dog can attack unexpectedly. Its all up to the parents and owners to keep an eye and train the dogs. Why ban a certain breed when most will agree they have never had a problem with a pitbull. If we banned every dog that has bitten someone there would be no dogs left! Please help me fight and free the breed!💙
