The City of Grand Junction has tried to increase the TCP (Traffic Capacity Plan) Fees in an astronomic amount. Several local organizations banned together and paid for a 10K study to demonstrate to the City that their proposal is way out of line.
Please join us in signing this petition in support of the Study and fee proposal provided by the industry related organizations of The Grand Junction Area REALTOR Association, The Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, The Home Builders Association and the Western Colorado Contractors Associations, that will keep fee increases at a reasonable level, so home building, commercial building and economic development can continue at a healthy growth rate. .
