- For some reason Australia has made it legal to hunt wild brumbies. Some say farmers call them pest to destruction on public lands. The Australian Government could consider using birth control on wild brumbies instead of using gunshots or allowing hunters to use bows or guns to shot wild brumbies in the head or chest. Many people native to Australia like seeing wild brumbies in the national parks and in the northern territory of Queensland.
I was reading an article that a mop of wild brumbies had been shot including foals and a stallion. Why does the Australian Government want to allow murder of wild brumbies which are a national icon and thousands of families and tourist from all over spend free time to see them being safe and free to live on the lands.
Let us encourage the Australian Government to make it illegal to hunt wild brumbies and to consider birth control.
