Make parking at JMU more obtainable

Parking at James Madison Univeristy is without a doubt broken. Many students that commute to campus battle for spots every morning often coming up short. This causes students to miss classes if they can’t find a spot in time. Students are forced to leave an hour or more before their classes even start to find parking which is absolutely rediculous. The shortage of spots around campus for commuters can be fixed by reducing the amount of staff parking around campus, and devoting it to commuter parking. Every morning I notice countless staff spots not being used and it is frustrating when commuters like myself pass by these empty spots on our way out of the decks to find parking way off campus. Something needs to be done ASAP!
