Stop beach shark fishing

A new activity is increasing in Florida and Texas; the beach shark fishing. During the fight between the fisherman and the shark, the shark suffered a tremendous stress and it is always hurt and die often before it out of the water. "The recreational fishermen no doubt enjoy the sport of shark fishing, but need to recognize that these animals are not able to handle the physiological stress of fighting on a line for an extended time. They likely released it thinking it OK, but it was probably near exhaustion died from stress soon afterwards." heir is also the problem that the shark is out of the water for a long period to take photos with the fisherman and friends. The shark can't breathe and it died often before release or it is too weak and eventually die on its return to the sea. 80% do not survived.
There is nobody to frame this activity which has our opinion should be abolished completely and strong monetary contraventions should be given to offenders to discourage them , knowing their essential role of sharks to protect the fragile ecosystem of the ocean, the lung of the earth. Several species of sharks are threatened and with the knowledge of today, the sharks are the guardian of the marine ecosystem. They are directly connected with phytoplankton who produced 70% of oxygen that we breathe
It's time to protect sharks
