PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT: DEMAND THE RESIGNATION OF COMMONWEALTH ATTORNEY MICHAEL NEWMAN

Commonwealth Attorney Michael Newman has violated the public's trust by withholding, hiding and lying about evidence for years. He does this to obtain a conviction by any means necessary. He continues to violate many defendant's CONSTITUTIONAL right to DUE PROCESS and to have a FAIR TRIAL by withholding evidence. Many complaints and civil lawsuits have been filed. The Danville City Police Department and Danville City Circuit Court judges are much to blame as he is.
Commonwealth Attorney Michael Newman along with federal prosecutors just recently withheld evidence in the Rico Federal Gang Trial. We are held accountable for our actions and so must Commonwealth Attorney Michael Newman, HE IS NOT ABOVE THE LAW. HOW CAN WE TRUST HIM......
