A devastated family in Alamo, Georgia, woke to the sight of their much loved pet, Brownie, lying dead by their porch stairs. She had been murdered, skinned, and left to be discovered.
Alamo Chief of Police, Roger Bryant, has stated several times he believes Brownie's fatal injuries were caused by an animal, and had her body quickly removed and disposed of in landfill without further investigation. Brownie's body cannot be located for further examination.
Guardians of Rescue are stepping in to investigate the case as law enforcement currently refuse to, but to be truly effective it requires the extra abilities of legal powers when needed. Something easily provided by Chief Bryants' department.
Evidence gathered at the scene, and since, clearly points to Brownie's mutilation being the result of human actions, and details emerging through our investigation suggest she was abducted from her home, brutally tortured, and murdered in a separate location before being returned to her yard.
Chief Bryant, we are urging you to recognize the serious nature of this crime and do your part in keeping all residents of your community safe. It is vital this disturbing murder does not go ignored, and when found, the perpetrator must be brought to justice.

Brownie had recently given birth to a small litter of puppies, who are now orphaned at such a crucial age. Another innocent life clearly lost at the hands of humans. It is imperative the culprit(s) are brought to justice. For Brownie, for other animals in the area, and for the Alamo community at large.
Guardians of Rescue is working in partnership with Animal Aid USA and Death Row Dogs to offer a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible for killing Brownie.
There is also currently a $1000 reward for returning her body (in tact).
