Regular Bus Hertford to Lister Hospital
There is not a bus that runs from Hertford bus station to Lister Hospital in Stevenage. As many of us are having to travel to the Lister Hospital we need a regular bus, parking is difficult at the hospital and parking charges are extreme. Many years ago a bus was run but the bus route only said Stevenage not via Lister Hospital, residents were getting off at Stevenage bus station getting the local bus, it was not promoted and eventually withdrawn due to lack of use.
I have tried via a local councillor to act on our behalf and have spoken with the bus operators and was advised to start a petition by a bus operator. The 724 bus that goes through Hertford travels to the QE2 at WGC hourly.

Hertfordshire County council will only accept signatures from residents of Hertfordshire I have therefore had to start another petition with HCC, this can be accessed through their website, search petitions, this will take you to my petition. Please do not sign this petition, I have asked for it to be removed

Thank you for signing my petition for a regular bus from Hertford to Lister Hospiotal. Unfortunately Hertfordshire County Council will not accept the petition because the petition has to be signed by residents of Hertfordshire. I have 104 signatures so far.
