Pennsylvania is one of the most hunted states in the nation.
The Pa. Game Commission, an 8 member board, is staffed exclusively by hunters and hence the majority of Pennsylvanians and non game species are virtually ignored despite a legal mandate to over see all wildlife for all citizens.
Currently there is an opening on the board and it is up to Governor Wolf (who has a history of animal advocacy) to nominate a new Game Commissioner.
Please urge Governor Wolf to break an archaic tradition and appoint a non hunter to the open position.
