JUSTICE FOR DONNA M. FREEMAN....RESIGNATION OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY ASHLEY H. WELCH FOR INACTION OF CHARGES.

       Since 2009 I have fought a medical malpractice case against a chiropractor injured with a vertebral artery dissection and cranial nerve injuries to head, face and throat with facial drooping with strong, multiple evidence of alleged obstruction of justice in that case. The Murphy, NC chief of police, sheriff dept and Andrews, NC chief of police reported this to District Attorney Ashley Welch 2014-2017 with no pro- active strategy to obtain justice. Although possible felonies and misdemeanors occurred with possible civil conspiracy and collusion and spoliation of evidence, she insists this is a "civil case" and not "criminal" in nature with no NC investigative tactics. Since July 2016, she had many documents to clearly pursue charges of many people. Also, a second chiropractor worked without a license three years and changed testimony under oath after the defendant visited and he refused all my medical records as well five years as a witness to neurological issues and facial swelling, spasms, droop and numbness obstructing justice in a September 2, 2014 trial. The North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners knew he was not licensed, was practicing and did no investigation or report to local authorities. They also knew there was potential "obstruction of justice" with two chiropractors in same area. Finally, in July 2015, the Andrews, NC chief of police issued NO misdemeanor with a letter from the lawyer representing the chiropractic licensing board affirming my grievances of NO LICENSE since December 2011. He stated he handed it all over to DA Ashley Welch who stated to do nothing as is all a "civil case"!!!!!! When does a "civil case" become "criminal" if not when felonies and misdemeanors have allegedly occurred??!!!

       Therefore, we the undersigned demand justice for DONNA M. FREEMAN and ask that District Attorney, Ashley H. Welch be relieved of duties and another assigned district attorney do a detailed investigative report and charges if applicable to offenders for this total and permanently disabled victim of chiropractic abuse who never received medical care in office three hours with gobbled speech, unable to stand, falling, face swollen and numb begging to go to the hospital April 23, 2009 and was threatened to settle nominally or be "thrown into the street" as a total disabled ex PICU nurse since 1991 in one week losing her home after a six hour trial testimony in pain medicated. Her attorney refused an agreed retraction while in tears on a prescribed controlled substance which is against the law. Evidence for potential fraud was destroyed by her own lawyer to pursue a Takada air bag million dollar case and threatened to put an unprepared lawyer she refused as main legal representative with hints of what many other lawyers called, "legal blackmail" besides verbal threats of physical abuse! WHEN will TRUTH and JUSTICE be served in this NEW LAW AND ORDER administration especially delayed in the mountains of North Carolina????!!!!!!
