Demand to add convicted animal abusers to a U.S. online registry

As the list of animal abusers continue to climb in all our United States, we call for a federal database registry for all animal abusers. Having that tool would be used not only for animal welfare professionals but also for law enforcement. If you are convicted of an animal abuse crime, a bill would reiterate forcing to give up any animals those convicted own. If you are a repeat offender and are put on the registry multiple times a bill would call for not be able to own animals for the next seven years. This would also apply to convicted persons associated with dog fighting rings and convicted owners of puppy mills, saving our precious animals from this abuse and forcing those serial animal abusers into a database to be available to all animal rescue, shelters, adoption centers and all city and state officials to expedite prosecution, saving the police and animal authorities time for more investigations. A federal bill would regulate and hopefully cease animal abuse in all states of the U.S. while saving animal lives, as well as time and money for our authorities throughout the U.S.
