Shut down Griffin Shepherd Kennels, GSK kennels, Augusto The Dog Trainer

This kennel has sold sick animals and those with genetic defects and not returned the money or reimbursed them for the funds paid to the Kennel despite the lifetime guarantee in the contract with the buyer. He has not produced proper AKC paperwork to some individuals who have purchased his dogs. And in a few cases produced forged AKC paperwork.
Some of the sick dogs have required hundreds of dollars of testing and treatments to detect their physical issues, which DeOliviera denys. The dogs have not been properly vetted prior to sale, getting only rabies vaccines. In addition Mr Augusto DeOliviera claims to be a world class dog trainer who happens to misuse shock collars, prong collars and other negative methods like jabbing them in the sides to control his dogs and those brought to him for training. In videos on YouTube Mr DeOliviera is seen walking a number of dogs without a leash through the streets, on pathways and in fields and like his other videos with dogs in his yard he uses the shock collar on dogs with minor infractions at a high intensity shocking them over and over again.  In another video he allows an adult dog to dominate a young dog biting it repeatedly; he eventually steps in to break that up. Mr DeOliviera is misrepresenting his business both as a kennel and trainer and that needs to be addressed by the state of Massachusetts and other agencies within the state. Those of us that own the great breed German Shepherd Dogs want this breeder out of business; he is producing too many sub par animals and duping people into buying them.  Plus he is portraying himself a world class dog trainer to include therapy dogs and security dogs and using questionable training methods to train the dogs.  Those methods that some would consider to be in the realm of animal abuse and potentially subjecting new owners to some unwanted aggression.
