Reasons this should get denied are:
Precedent will be set for Bennett Rd
Septic-Sewer-inadequate
Parking 134 cars or rural Rd
Traffic has already been significantly increased & this will exacerbate
Hrs of operations will impede neighbors
Fill Ministries growing rapidly next door= more traffic
Quiet & peaceful enjoyment of property will be disrupted

The applicant submitted a new concept plan last Friday.
The concept plan includes the following:
Applicant is requesting to build a place of worship in proposed buildings totaling 24,475 sq. ft. with 134 parking spaces on 8.07 acres currently zoned Agricultural District (A1).
