More Jail Time For Animal Abuse!

There have been several instances of puppies and kittens being burned alive, dogs being stabbed to death and other countless cruel acts towards animals. A fine and no prison time, or a year to give at most isn’t going to cut it. These crimes have been proven to indicate further violence in the minds of these barbaric humans.
