I'm DEMANDING a release of the expanded scores from the JP films I & II - in pre-remaster quality !NOW!
Like every soundtrack album, the major downfalls are: some tracks have been merged into one - overlapping with each other, and many music recordings have been excluded from the CD/cassette releases (e.g. The Encased Mosquito, The T-Rex Chase, Hungry Raptor, Stalling Around, among many more), while others have a section EDITED OUT! (e.g. Rescuing Sarah) WHY, JOHN WILLIAMS?????!!!!! WORST SOUNDTRACK EDIT !!!!!!!!EVER!!!!!!!! ON YOUR PART!!!!
Recently, these complete scores had finally been released, (!NOW! as opposed to !A LONG TIME AGO!) however, they're not quite a worthy, definitive presentation.
There's an over-1-second silence at the start and end of every track, some tracks STILL overlap with each other (e.g. The Stegosaurus, Visitor In San Diego, Finale), snippets of additional takes are used to remove "studio" noise in places, and above all: THE TRACKS HAVE BEEN "REMASTERED"!! - when their original master quality sounds FINE!!! (simply the very same quality as their OST releases.) I'm more interested in these complete scores WITHOUT the enhancements!! Also, shouldn't "Tranquilizer Dart" be called "Finale"?
Please sign this pension for Universal to these scores as rare archival releases on Ebay - without overlaps, all tracks in their album master tape level.
Spare no expence.
