As we all know, the intersection of SR31 and SR78 is a white knuckle and sweaty palm intersection. We all know someone that has had a close call, an accident or worse a loss at this intersection and enough is enough. The added traffic from Babcock Ranch reaching 1000 residents along with the speeding Truck traffic, has created an unsafe intersection that needs a light to slow down the traffic on SR31. We are collecting names on this petition of concerned residents to deliver to the county commissioners and DOT to demand that our safety is absolute and that a traffic light is needed now!
