Demand wearing "Mandatory Masks in Public Places" during COVID-19!

Currently there are over 1.5 million Total COVID Cases throughout the US with a staggering +93000 deaths. With loosening COVID restrictions and phase re-openings, there is likely to be a second wave of COVID related deaths. Currently there is no vaccination. All studies show that this virus is passed through respiratory secretions, yet some people continue to disregard the use of masks when out in public, which potentially endangers the lives of others.
