ROADWORKS

    No wonder roadworks cost this country millions of pounds every year.
    Most of the time theres NO workers on site!
    When they are there either standing chatting or sitting in machine cabs reading the paper!
    Why do they ALL go home and work stops at rush hr!
    The Government should make companys plan and work 24/7 start to finish on shift work with heavy penalties/fines imposed on all partys involved.
    There should ALLWAYS be a full workforce WORKING on all major projects, ie M1, M42,M6,A46, etc..etc..etc.
