LB Haringey revoked the Licence of the Metropolitan Club (due to violence, anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance, risk to residents' property, risk to residents' safety). The club owner appealed and wanted to bring the matter to an appeal. LB Haringey Licensing Dept, decided not to see the appeal in court, but granted the owner's licence to operate a late night venue (similar to the Metropolitan Night Club) without consulting the residents so severely affected and distressed by the original night club.
We the undersigned want LB Haringey to uphold their original decision and revoke the licence and to change the terms of use of the premises.
