We all r child of god and there is no stamp of any cast crew so we all r equal

I have seen many people are just ignoring and making them shy or guilty feeling for their cast ...that they don't deserve any respect and they are only for low works ,low category ..
I want that we have to change our way to see them , they are not for making jokes and disrespectable person. We have to make changes that they can also deserve respect and a good opportunity to work with every type of cast person..
