● Popcorn Park's ON-PREMISE Shelter cares for stray, abandoned or injured dogs & cats, who receive quality, ON-SITE, loving, Veterinary care. They have decades of experience!

● Popcorn Park WILL NOT EUTHANIZE ADOPTABLE CATS & DOGS!!!

●Popcorn Park provides TNVR (Trap, Neuter, Vaccinate, Release) SERVICES FOR FERAL CATS.
. A HUMANE TNVR Program is LESS COSTLY for Lacey Tax Payers as opposed to
inhumane, unnecessary euthanasia. TNVR Programs are PROVEN to be more

Well Folks, the news is NOT good. Our "friends" at the Board of Health chose AAcademy Exterminating to be the ACO. I read a statement from Lisa Tarzia (she couldn't be there due to surgery), and when I asked as to how they came to this decision I was told "thanks for your comments". There were only two of us at the meeting and that may have emboldened them to be as rude as they were. I'm asking folks to come to the Township Committee meeting tomorrow at 6:30 PM. THIS IS NOT DONE!!

Hi again everyone. Just a last reminder that the Lacey Township Board of Health Reorg Meeting is tomorrow night (Wednesday January 13th, 2021) at 7 PM in the Municipal Building, 818 Lacey Road in Forked River. At this point we do not know who they have chosen as the Township's Animal Control Officer, so it would be great if we could get a large number out in support of Popcorn Park. I plan on being there by 6:45 and look forward to seeing everyone who can come out. Thanks for your support

Hello again, all. To date I have not heard anything as to the Board of Health's choice for ACO in Lacey Township. According to the Lacey Township website, the Board of Health meets the second Wednesday of every month. If this holds true, their January meeting would be on the 13th at 7 PM. If I get any information to the contrary, I will send a notification via this method. I am asking all who are available on this date to please show up for this meeting in a show of solidarity to the cause.

Thanks to all for signing the Petition. It will be printed out tomorrow (12/9/2020) morning in preparation for its presentation to the Lacey Board of Health at their meeting that night at 7 PM. If you still have other Lacey Residents you wish to share it with, please do so today. IF YOU ARE ABLE TO ATTEND THE BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING ON DECEMBER 9th AT 7 PM IN THE LACEY MUNICIPAL BUILDING, A SHOW OF NUMBERS WOULD BE HELPFUL. Thanks much for all your help!
