Petition: Waxhaw Golf Cart Ordinance 2019

To establish Golf Cart Ordinance to address the internet of public safety.
The Town of Waxhaw, by regulating such operation is merely trying to address obvious safety issues and adoption of this Ordinance. The Town of Waxhaw in no way advocates or endorses Golf Cart Operation on roads in Millbridge nor will be held in any liability of Golf Cart usage and will be soly the responsibility of the Cart Driver.
