Job and talent/just eat drivers salary increase

We have been working with jobandtalent and deliver food in behalf of just eat for a long time. Since 1 month the salary from 7£ pH and 3£ per drop become 7£ pH and 2.5 per drop. Also they increase the distance and most of the deliveries are over 2.5-2.9 miles which makes it very uncomfortable as it takes a long time.
We would like to have 8£ pH and 3£ per drop thi kng that's going to be a fair wage for the work we do
