45 days marijuana reprieve

As we all know marijuana has become legal in many states, due to the legalization of marijuana majority of the minority the Afro-American community, smoke marijuana, I would go so far as to say 75% of Afro Americans from the age of 10 up to 50 years of age smoke marijuana. This is a human rights issue because most companies and corporations and businesses test there employees for the use of drugs before they hire. When we understand that testing positive for marijuana will automatically deny you the opportunity to work for that company even if you have the qualification and skills, this knowledge among the Young black minority in the communities that are poor and uneducated and unqualified to even look for the job or train for the job, creates a disparity , a hopeless Pursuit for jobs. Marijuana is a affordable drug that the poor black community can afford. My solution, since marijuana is legal in most States that if a person tests positive for marijuana in his attempt to be employed in a state that says marijuana is legal I believe that the person testing positive should get a 45-day reprieve, this reprieve would allow him to be hired under a 45-day probation and then after the 45 days the employer has the right to test him again and if he is positive after 45 days on the job, the employer has a right to not hire that person , if that person test negative then that person should get the job.
