Deer baiting and feeding

    The state of Wisconsin should allow the act a baiting for deer in all counties of the state. It’s pointless to restrict this act due to CWD. This disease would still be transmitted with or with out baiting. The act of touching noses is how all deer greet each other in captivity or in the wild with or with out bait.
