Parking Rights for Employees

San Francisco Premium Outlet mall is taking our right to park near the store we work at. They are making more then half the people walk over a mile to our stores. They add new parking which isn't that close to most stores and want employees to park there. Working in retail my whole job career I know for a fact that employee work between 4 to 16 hours a day. After a long day on your feet do you think its right to make us walk over a mile to our cars. Do you think it is safe to walk that far at night. They say mall security can walk us to the car but do they over 100 mall security people to walk the amount of people who have to walk to there car at night. This a not small mall. There is over 150+ stores in this mall. We want our right to park back.
