Make it illegal not to spay or neuter pets!

According to the ASPCA, 3-4 million pets are euthanized. Every single year. That means 60% of dogs are 70% of cats. Only 10% of pets who enter shelters are spayed/neutered. A simple solution? Spay and neuter your pets! Many places offer it for free or very little.
Political figures, please listen to my plea. Make NOT spaying/neutering illegal. There are more than enough pets out there.

Dear Political Figures,

Please stand with me in support of spaying and neutering pets. As shown in the statistics above, the vast majority of pets aren't. Pets that are not spayed/neutered are the cause of the overwhelming amount of stray pets.
