FREE BEER! BILL - HF121/SF50

  • by: Small Craft Brewers Coalition
  • recipient: craft beer drinkers, small business supporters, small brewery supporters, beer lovers, brewers, brewery owners

Small craft breweries in Minnesota are struggling right now, and it's essential that they have the ability meet their customers' needs with the most popular and convenient package sizes.

SMALL CRAFT BREWERIES ARE LEGALLY RESTRICTED TO 750ML AND 64 OZ CONTAINERS, WHICH MEANS WE DON'T HAVE THE FREEDOM TO SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS THE PRODUCTS THEY PREFER.

This legislation would make it possible for small craft breweries to sell 12 oz and 16 oz cans from their taproom.

We will be able to continue to support our liquor store and distribution partners AND sell extra packaged product to avoid dumping beer. This could make or break many breweries in Minnesota.

PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION AND CALL OR EMAIL YOUR LEGISLATORS!

Two quick calls or emails will help change this outdated and unfair law.
