WE, THE UNDERSIGNED HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENTS OF MYSTERY MEADOWS AND NEIGHBORS, request a stop sign for the intersection of 1700 North and 150 East on Northeast side of intersection.

the traffic has significantly increased in this area, along with the speed of vehicles. Many people are using 1700 North as a direct route from Washington Blvd to US Hwy 89. the development on the 68 unit assisted living complex, plus the 400 apartments and patio homes will only bring increased volume of traffic. we feel that the requested stop sign will slow down the speed of the vehicles and will prevent accidents in the future. Both 150 East and 1700 North/Country Boy Drive have become a dangerous speedway. There are many young children in the subdivision and we want to keep our children safe.
