"A Swimming Pool For Crescent Heights!"

After the fire at the apartments at S. 101st & E. 12th why can't it be demolished, bought, cleared and have a swimming pool put in for our kids in our neighborhood? Or another option is to buy back some of the property at S. 101st & E. 15th, where we used to have a ball field when I grew up there!
Why don't the neighbors of Crescent Heights East and West get together and do something amazing for our kids!
