Animals being skinned alive in China for fur

I recently viewed an extremely upsetting video of animals being skinned alive in China for their fur.  The video shows graphic footage of live animals being kicked, stomped, dropped from heights in cages, electrocuted, strangled, dragged, hung upside down, and SKINNED ALIVE.  I will never be able to erase from my mind the heartbreaking image of a dog in a pile of bloody skinned animals, still alive, who was able to raise his head and look into the camera.  There is no excuse for this sort of senseless cruelty.  Short of stopping the fur industry, these innocent animals should at least be treated humanely.  Please join me in calling upon the Chinese government to stop this grotesque cruelty and to criminalize these horrific acts.

Excellencies:

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the practice in China of skinning live animals for their fur. I recently viewed an extremely upsetting video of this grotesque practice:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DE56fAD3HyE
