I want any person that harm's animal or neclect an animal to face full consequences. Then to be made a registry where they cannot be in contact with an animal or buy another, through adoption or rescue. My goal is to stop animal abuse in Porter County Indiana please help me by signing this petition.

please Help Stop The Neglect And Animal Abuse In Porter County. How Many Times our Cats Left Behind When People Move Or Just Simple Leave Them To Fend For Them Self, In Cold, Hot, Rain, Storms and Hail. Not To Mention What Heynis Crimes Our Done To Them.
