HELP!!! We Really NEED a Dog Park in Sparta!!!

We really need a place for the K-9 citizens of this community to be able to play and run off leash.  One of the problem with dogs that has sprung up recently is animals becoming aggressive with people and other animals.  This can be documented as being caused by lack of adequate  socialization with other people and animals.  This can NOT be provided by keeping a dog behind a fence or tied to a run all day long but CAN be provided even in a town setting by making sure the dogs have the opportunity to interact with each other  in a safe (fenced) environment like a dog park.  I believe the people in this community would benefit greatly from the addition of a dog park to the area.  P.S. Please spay or neuter your pets!
