$1000 for American Flag Burning

I am all for the 2nd Amendment, but we need to try the line somewhere. Hundreds of thousands of men and women have died for this country, and every star and stripe means many things to many people. I am all for freedom of speech and protest, but I feel if you burn my flag you should maybe reconsider relocating. I know some people disagree with government, war or policies, but there is no reason to burn an American out of anger. I purpose a $1000 fine for any American flag burning on U.S. soil, if can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that this was done. The money is then to go directly to the Veterans of America or another organization that helps supports our vets and fallen.
