Recycle bins in Lithuania

Lithuania is a little country in Europe and its president is Dalia Grybauskaitė for who I'm writing to.

Lithuania needs recycle bins cause:
1. Some places don't have the bins and if they would have it, it would be a lot better to the environment.
2. If people would recycle more, we could save a lot of paper, plastics glass and other needed resources.
3. If there no recycling bins then its no where people can recycle their rubbish and if they can't recycle then the dumps would be not so big than they are now.

So please help to make Lithuania's president to build some recycling bins. The environment needs it.
