A Petition for Peace

Dear Nancy Pelosi:

By taking impeachment off the table, you have become the main obstacle to world peace. In an msnbc poll, 90% of respondents wanted Bush impeached. The other ten percent are you and those you represent. What good is having a Democratic majority if it acts no differently from a Republican majority?

If you wait until you are defeated in the next election, you will be responsible for the deaths of more innocent Iraqis and many more of our military personnel. In protecting Bush from impeachment you have become the person most responsible for not just two illegal wars of aggression, but also the destruction of the earth through global warming, the destruction of our environment, and the destruction of our Constitution. Please do the decent thing and resign now.
