Amend Workers' Compensation for the benefit of the employees!

Please sign and urge representatives to change and amend the workers' compensation laws federally and statewide regarding workers' compensation.  To amend the workers' compensation law to include general damages for pain and suffering, and punitive damages for employer negligence.  And to ensure that the laws includes self insuranced corporations to pay compensation for those employee's injuries incurred while in their employment.   

Making it mandatory, providing stronger laws in order to aid and protect those employees, (injured on the job and/or the families of an employee who is killed on the job), while in the corporations employment and thereafter if bought by another corporation. 

In addition; For laws to change pertaining to those corporations and self insured corporations who are bought by other corporations, that the workers' compensation issues, (employee's injuried or killed), follow to be absorbed into the new company.

Lastly we ask that the insurance companies cannot escape their responsiblity as well if a corporation is bought by another corporation.
