New presidential election in Iran is under way and the animal lovers of Iran will Vote for a president who promises to facilitate the life of animals (both feral and wildlife) as well as humans who are protecting them.
One of the main reasons for victory of President Barak Obama was his support for nearly every animal protection bill which was pending in USA congress. He wrote of the important role animals play in our lives, as companions in our homes, as wild life in their own environments, and as service animals working with law enforcement and assisting persons with disabilities.
Iran needs Animal Protection Laws as any other decent country in the world.
The animal lovers in Iran are requesting for the following minimum animal rights :
The people should have the right to have companion animals without being disturbed by neighbors (unfortunately in Iran the animal lovers and protectors are being treated very badly by other co-nations).
To determine penalties for animals cruelty (those who are killing or disabling and harming feral cats and dogs for fun) and to require psychological counseling for people who abuse animals (we should not forget the animal cruelty may end up to human cruelty "zoo sadism").
The animal lovers as well as animals in Iran are passing very difficult life and are being treated very badly both by Iranian Nation and the Government authorities. The feral dogs are being killed regularly and the feral cats are hungry all over the cities. The new borne kittens are taken away from mother cat and being put in the city garbage tanks by cruel people.
The animal lovers in Iran are facing a lot of problems. Keeping a Dog or even a Cat often is prohibited.
