Animals need medical care too

There needs to be a program that allows people that cannot afford to have their pet spayed/neutered  to be able to have it done.I am talking about maybe a trade of having their pet fixed at the cost of a person do community service for the spayed/neutered service,or work off the cost with the vet that does the service.I am an animal lover.I also have a family,rent,car payment,and other expenses besides groceries.I do well to provide healthcare to me own family which is quite expensive.I have 2 female teacup chihuahuas and a male shitzu that is all needing to be taken care of.It is for the animals health as well as population control.Life is so expensive as is,help stop over population of animals.More people would have it done if they could afford to.Please help!!
