Petition for Custody of Baby Hunter to Biological Father

Shawn Mcdonald only found out about his baby two days before the child was born.

As soon as Shawn found out about the child he contacted the hospital but they would not give him any information.  The mother's boyfriend said he would hurt Shawn if he showed up at the hospital.

Shawn has now been in Texas courts for two years fighting to have custody of Hunter.

LDS Family Services kept the child hidden for 16 months to use the 'Best Interest of The Child' defense to keep Hunter where he is living currently.
The jury did not terminate his parental rights - but instead  awarded visitation and LDS Family Services was ordered to pay 100,000 to Shawn's Attorney. 

This case is still in the courts and Shawn is going through appeals.  This is where you come in.  If you feel this child should be returned to his natural father please let your voice be heard below.
