Banning Cloves is Monopolism and Dogmatism

Banning a certain flavor of tobacco products is discrimination. Eventhough this act is advertising the 'protection' of underaged smokers, all it does diminish the quality and variety of cigarettes/tobacco on the market for people who are of age to smoke. Any minor who wants to smoke is going to smoke whatever they can get their hands on, despite the fact that an 'enticing' package or flavor may be a so called gateway into smoking.  In America, we already discriminate against people of different colors, religions, and sexualities, but the government has taken it a step further. Prejudice against different races wasn't enough. Now we have to put up with discrimination against our choice of tobacco. True a person under 18 should not be smoking because it's against the law. However, a person under 21 might be more likely to drink any of the numerous flavored alcoholic drinks that are available, so we should start banning the sale of Puckers, and any flavored Vodkas too, right?
