Banning

We the mods of Balto source say we should have the rights to be able to ban when we need to. If there was a situation where someone was stealing fan arts, how would a fan art mod be able to take care of the problem? Should a shout box mod have to deal with that? No. Neither should Steet or Togo. It defeats the purpose of being a moderator. We CAN'T function if we can't take action when necessary. As an example and a good one. There were two people in the shout box talking about sex, and what could I do? NOTHING. There wasn't a shout box/admin on. It was just me and Alpine reinforcing the rules the best we could. Your NOT treating your staff vary fairly by having it set up this way. It won't work and neither will us Moderators. Like I said, we can't work properly if we can't ban. Its like taking an animal out of the food chain. One species is going to decrease in population and will cause a spiral effect. Thus the same effect will happen to us moderators. All of us believe that we should all be able to ban when we need to.
