Humans have a heart, a soul and the power to change.
Animals have a heart, a soul and are the poorest in our world.
So we have to help them. And we have to help the humans.
With just a few steps, you could do a lot for the world and the animals.

Just be vegan!

Some people have the prejudice that the vegans "just eating vegetables and fruits". That's not right!
We eat a lot of them, that's right, because it's good and healthy.
But look at all of these other good things: cookies, cupcakes, tofu.
You can do a lot with vegan cooking and baking.
And the kids have fun with it, too.

If you search for "vegan cooking or baking" you will find a lot of recipes of that healthier way of living.

And for the woman especially: if you are going one day to the menopause, you will not have so many problems with that life part, as meat-eating-women. Because soya is the best for the body. You will not gain weight, haven't problems with the heat and other problems will not be there.

And it is a prejudice, that kids and growing-ups aren't allow to live vegan.
That is completly wrong. The protein of soya is much better for the body, muscles and the whole human system, as animal-protein.
The body processed soya protein much more better than the "bad" one.

Don't be afraid, to get vegan today! Just start it!
You will feel better very soon!
You do something for yourself, your next generations, for all animals, for the world and for all this living on earth!

Spread this all over the world! Because this is the most important thing in this world ! Be vegan!
