We all have seen or personally experienced the pleasure of waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee in one hand and our keys in the other and start walking down the street to where you thought you parked your car. Then suddenly you stop dead in your tracks and question your sanity to then come to the realization that it's not you...your car really is GONE. You think...did it get stolen? No, not here, that's not possible. So then you think well did it get towed? I didn't park in a 'no parking zone' or in front of a fire hydrant, so you think how could this be? You go on a scavenger hunt to locate the dreaded sign with the towing company's information. You call and it turns out you were right. Great, you think, I am not only late for work, Im missing work hours, have no car, and have no way to get my car. Plus, I get to pay the one hundred and sum odd dollars to get MY car back. What a day. There is nothing worse than living in a neighborhood without parking. LITERALLY. No parking spaces, no designated parking, no striped parking lots, just dead end streets not nearly deep enough to fit a car or sides of streets that you risk having your car hit by another or worry all night if you're parked good enough for the HOA and towing company. So, now what? Continue to deal with it or do something about. If youre ready for a change then sign the petition. It is easy. It will be worth your while for the two minutes it takes to save yourself the cash.
