Brandon Routh for Man Of Steel
We, the undersign, strongly request an official statement to be made by Warner Brothers with regards to the planned Superman Returns sequel, tentatively called Superman: The Man Of Steel.
Latest rumour and "official" news is that Brandon Routh is no longer a part of the project, if the project still exists at all. We, the undersigned, strongly disagree with this move. We feel that he is the right man to take Superman forward. People may have their own opinions on what they didn't like about Superman Returns. But Brandon was not one of those things. No one since Christopher Reeve himself has embodied the persona of the last son of Krypton so much that we stop and think for a second and say "THAT'S Superman!"
Please we strongly urge some sort of response from yourselves. You have a loyal fanbase here waiting to see what decisions you will make regarding Superman and Brandon's future in the bluetights. We hope, for both our sakes, you make the right choice.
