Bring Justice to Officer Dog Killer

Archie "Russ" Woodward killed our family pet, Henry, on January 8, 2010.
Our beef is with a gun toting neighbor, who gets paid to use his judgement in dangerous situations said that he didn’t have a “choice.“ He had a choice. Seems his decisions making abilities are severely limited and I don’t want my tax dollars going to financially support somebody like that.
Additionally, his account seems to vary—in one instance Henry was in the coop, yet there was no evidence that he had been in the coop—he was executed outside the chicken coop and there was no visible sign of entry If we can be honest and acknowledge that we were not perfect about keeping Henry confined, I should hope that an officer of the law, would have enough integrity to admit that he over-reacted and made a hasty, and ill thought out decision.
Admit it, Officer Woodward. You acted in malice and need some sort of sensitivity (and probably ethics) training, or your judgement making skills are so poor you should not have a JOB in which you carry a gun.
Commonwealth Attorney and Culpeper Sheriff's Office and Remington Police Department--do a REAL investigation. Look at the evidence and make public your findings about Officer Woodward's behavior. It is in the best interest of public safety and in justice that the truth be brought to light.
