Cats Need To Be Leashed.

Cats need to be leashed and kept there owner's yard just like any other pet. Not only is it unfair for others who don't want a stray cat in there yard but it is unsafe for the cat to be roaming around with out anyone knowing where it is. Your cat can get hit by a car, killed by another stray cat, get into a fight with a dog, or many other awful things. Not only this but cats are well known for hurting and or killing small animals as well birds. Is it really fair that just because your cat likes to be outside that you should be able to put wildlife at danger? Don't you think there are also a LOT of dogs who would love to run free? Also do you really want your children outside playing with a stray cat that may or may not be friendly? That may or may not have had all it's shots. Just like a dog, cats can attack to and  most outside cats are NOT declawed. Is it really fair to put children at risk so that your cat can be more happy? I think not. If you agree with this you will be doing us all a favor by signing this. There needs to be a law that enforces this just like they do for dogs.
