Create a dog park Scottsdale AZ

Petition to build a fenced in area for dogs in the open grass area between Indian School and Thomas rd on 64th street. There is plenty of open space west of the soccer feild with trees alredy in place. The space is not being used for anything else. It would only take a few chain link fenses and a water source. There are no dog parks or fenced in areas for pets to roam free in this area, and driving over 5 miles to the nearest one is a hassel. I know for a fact that there are atleast 25 dogs in my Complex alone and many many more in the surrounding area.
